ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to impugned order in Na.Ka.1539/2019/Aa1, dated 20.08.2019 passed by the second respondent herein and quash the same as being illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and consequently produce the detenue Thiru.Perumal @ Pattu Perumal, son of Thiru.Kothandapani, who is detained in Central Prison-I, Puzhal, before this Court and SET HIM LIBERTY.

2. In the last hearing i.e., on 10.12.2019, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, the matter is posted today under the caption "for dismissal" by printing the name of the petitioner. Today, also there is no representation for the petitioner. The petitioner called absent. Hence, this petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
