ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.01.2018.
2.The case of the petitioner is that a vacant site at Plot No.468A, measuring an extent of 600 sq.ft. comprised in Survey No.195/2A, Srinivasapuram Village, Sriperumbuthur Zone, Kancheepuram District was originally owned by one M.Saroja, who had purchased the same from her vendor one E.Vinayakam under a registered Sale Deed dated 02.07.2008 vide Document No.6162 of 2008 on the file of SRO, Kunrathur. Subsequently, the petitioner purchased the above said property from the said Saroja under a Sale deed dated 20.02.2012 vide Document No.1992 of 2012. The patta and all other Government revenue documents relating to the property stands in his name. Having grudge against him, his neighbour has filed a Civil Suit in O.S. No.
49 of 2017 before the District Court, Kancheepuram and obtained an interim order not to alter the physical features of the said property. Aggrieved over the same, the petitioner has preferred a Revision before this Court and the same is pending. Thereafter, the petitioner approached the TANGEDCO for electricity connection. In this regard, he has given a representation dated 05.01.2018 to the respondents. As there was no response from the respondents, he is before this Court seeking the above said prayer. 3.

On receipt of the bond from the petitioner, the respondents shall consider giving electricity connection. The said exercise can be done within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
