This petition has been filed for direction directing the second respondent to alter the FIR in Cr.No.153/2019 under Section 174 Cr.P.C. to Section 306.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the case was registered under Section 174 Cr.P.C and after completion of investigation in Cr. No. 153/2019, further action was completed on 18.12.2019 itself.

The second respondent is directed to serve charge sheet to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and file final report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate.
