ORDER

This Petition has been filed to call for records pertaining to the order passed by the respondent bearing Seyalmurai Aanai No. 10 / H4 / Kaa. Ni / 2024 dt.17.09.2024 and to quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents to grant permission to conduct demonstration on 20.09.2024 or 27.09.2024 at the venue opposite to Revenue Inspector Office, Tiruvennainallur with microphone.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the above submission, permission is granted to withdraw this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
