The petition has been filed to relax the condition the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Friday at 10.30 am for a period of six months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation in Crl.M.P.No.8993 of in Crl.O.P.No.11670 of 2024 dated 26.06.2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the nature of offences involved in this case and the fact that the investigation was almost completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
