ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a direction to the respondents more particularly to the 2nd and 3rd respondents to chane the name in Adangal Column of Permanent Land Register in the name of the petitioner and grant patta and online patta in respect of the house, ground and premises bearing No.79, New No.31, S.R.P.Koil Street (South), Peravallur, Chennai - 82, comprised in old S.No.282/1 Part, R.S.No.34/4 Part and 34/3 Part as per patta T.S.No.35/3 and Block No.24 of Peravallur Village, Ayanavaram Taluk, Chennai District.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 3.In the light of the limited scope of prayer sought for in this writ petition and the submissions of the learned counsel on either side, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.01.2023 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after providing an opportunity of hearing to all necessary parties without any further delay, 2/4

within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
