ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) On hearing the learned counsel for parties, we direct the representation of the petitioner to the Review Committee headed by the District Revenue Officer dated 25.09.2016 to be decided within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order, after causing an inspection of the site and the report obtained from the Tahsildar/respondent No.4 to be so done within a period of fifteen days of the receipt of the copy of this order.

2. Needless to say, all concerned will be put to notice before a decision is taken.

3. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No cost.
