2. On 10.12.2024, learned counsel for the appellant stated that he is not pressing the Appeals as the issue involved in the appeals was settled before the Family Court. However, he has not made proper endorsement in the case bundle on 10.12.2024.

Today, when the matter is called, the learned counsel for the appellant would state that the appellant and the respondent filed mutual divorce petition before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Coimbatore and the same was decreed in O.P.No.173/2020 and thus, he is not pressing these appeals. He has also made endorsement to that effect in the case bundle. Therefore, we are of the view that no clarification is required in these appeals. The judgment dated 10.12.2024 passed in the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeals remain unaltered.
