This petition has been filed to relax the condition number (b) that the petitioner shall report before the Respondent Police every day at 10.30 am, until further orders passed in Crl.O.P.No.10296 of 2025 dated 07.04.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for petitioners.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent states that the petitioner has been complying with the bail condition of reporting before the Investigating Officer daily. The Investigating Officer has completed the investigation, final report filed before learned Judicial Magistrate, Madathukulam, Tiruppur and the same is taken on file in C.C.No.233 of 2025.

4. Recording the same, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.10296 of 2025 dated 07.04.2025 is relaxed in toto. 21.08.2025 rsi 2/4
