The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.18561/2024 vide order dated 01.08.2024 ie., 6(b) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on alternative days morning at 10.30 am and evening at 5.00 p.m. for the period of three months.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and considering the nature of offences involved in this case and the fact that investigation was almost completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.
