This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on (a) the petitioners shall report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate on every working day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.OP.No. 16303 of 2024 dated 12.08.2024.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every first day of English Calender Month for a period of three months.
