ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings of the FIR in Crime No. 312 of 2017 dated 19.06.2017 against the petitioners for the alleged offences under sections 406, 420 and 466 IPC pending investigation on the file of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
1st respondent police.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondent/state.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the investigation has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed in C.C.No.62 of 2019 and submitted its before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruttani, and the case is adjourned to 17.08.2021 and hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioner become infructuous and nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
