ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus or any other writ order or direction of a like nature to directing the respondents 1 to 3 herein to give police protection pursuant to the petitioner representation dated 17/07/2025.

2. It is the contention of the petitioner that she is residing in the suit property and when she attempts to renovate the property, the 4th respondent objected for the same. Hence, she made a representation seeking police protection to respondents 1 to 3, however, the same is kept pending without any

further action. Hence, she has filed the above writ petition.

3. Learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that there is a dispute between the family members of the petitioner with regard to the undivided share of the property and when the petitioner sought to alter the premises, the 4th respondent objected for the same. Hence, police protection cannot be granted, as the issue appears to be civil in nature.

4. Considering the above submission, the dispute is among the family members of the petitioner with regard to sharing of undivided property and the same appears to be civil in nature, police protection cannot be granted. It is for the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
