Mr.V.Viswanathan for R1 R3, R4 and R9 - died No appearance for R5 to R8 COMMON ORDER This Court, while disposing the Second Appeals in S.A.Nos.85 and 86 of 2017, vide order dated 18.03.2024 has directed the First Appellant Court/Subordinate Judge, Perambalur, to permit the appellants to produce additional documents and to dispose of the appeals in A.S.No.22 of 1994 and A.S.No.23 of 1994, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment.

2. The learned Subordinate Judge, Perambalur, vide its letter in D.No.36182025 dated 24.03.2025 has requested a further period of three (3) months to dispose of the case.

3. Having regard to the reasons stated in the letter and in the facts and
