PRAYER This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to dispense with the production of the copy of the order made in D.No.9895/A/2024, dated 26-12-2024, for the present. For Appellant(s):

ORDER

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to dispense with the production of the copy of the order made in D.No.9895/A/2024, dated 26-122024, for the present.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had already filed writ petition in W.P.No.14073 of 2025 seeking to call for the records on the file of the first respondent with regard to impugned order made in D.No.9895/A/2024, dated 26-12-2024. The original impugned order has been placed along with the said Writ Petition. Hence, the petitioner is unable to produce the certified copy of the original order. The Writ Court disposed of the writ petition, vide order dated 21.4.2025, with liberty to the petitioner to file a revision. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that now the petitioner has received the original impugned order. 2/4

3. In view of the above submission, the petitioner is directed to produce the certified copy of the original impugned order.

4. Registry is directed to take the revision petition on file, if it is otherwise in order, after obtaining the certified copy of the original impugned order from the petitioner.

5. With the abovesaid direction, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed.
