COMMON ORDER (Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The matter is before the Vending Committee constituted under Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood Regulation) Act and thus, there is no question of giving the nature of protection granted in W.P.No. 18677 of 2014 etc. batch, which was in the circumstances when the Vending Committee had not been constituted.

2. It is for the Vending Committee to take a call on this issue.
