ORDER
By consent of both the parties, this writ petition has been taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. Mr.Stalin Abimanyu, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
3. The petitioner seeks for transfer from Tuticorin to Tirunelveli District. The petitioner is presently working as Staff Nurse at Tuticorin Government Hospital. The petitioner claims that her parents are illiterates and her son is disabled with congenital disability, who has to be properly educated. According to the petitioner, her son, who is a special child has to undergo studies in a special school at Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli. In such circumstances, she has given a representation on 15.10.2022 seeking for transfer to the Government Multi-speciality hospital in Tirunelveli in the available vacancy. Since the representation has not been considered, till date, she has filed this writ petition.
4. Heard Mr.M.Muthappan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Stalin Abimanyu, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

5. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representation is considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
6. The petitioner has filed documents along with this writ petition to substantiate her case for transfer to Tirunelveli. It is for the respondents to consider the same on merits and in accordance with law.
7. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's representation, dated 15.10.2022 seeking for her transfer to the Government Multi-speciality hospital in Tirunelveli in the available vacancy, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
8. With the aforesaid directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
