This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to issue patta to the petitioner regarding application dated 10.06.2019 pending before the second respondent within the time limit fixed by this Court. 2.Learned Special Government Pleader submits that the Revenue Tahsildhar, Kallakurichi had passed an order in Na.Ka.No.2/887/2020 dated 19.03.2020 to issue patta in favour of the petitioner in respect of the land comprised in S.No.351/8 to an extent of 00056 Sq.mt., which is classified as Natham land as per G.O.Ms.No.318 dated 30.08.2019 and the copy of the same has also been produced before this Court.

3. Recording the above submissions, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected writ miscellaneous petition is closed.
