O R D E R

1. Mr.C.Jagadish, has reverted with instructions. 1.1. Mr.C.Jagadish, on instructions, submits that the document filed at page No.6 of the typed set of documents, which is a typed copy of the license, i.e., License No.2/CDL/2016, has been issued to, one, Rasheeth Driving School, and not the petitioner.

2. I may only indicate that it was represented to the Court that, via the said document, a license had been given to the petitioner driving school for a period spanning between https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

04.09.2013 and 03.09.2018.

2.1. It was, on account of the period mentioned, I had asked Mr.Jagadish to carry out an enquiry.

2.2. This aspect has been put to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Counsel for the petitioner faced with the statement made by Mr.Jagadish, seeks to withdraw the captioned writ petition. 3.1. Accordingly, the captioned writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

4. To be noted, while making an endorsement on the petition, Mr.Selvam has made the following annotation : "This petition withdraw not pressed and liberty seeking fresh filed writ petition."

5. It is made clear that no liberty has been granted by this Court.

5.1. If, a fresh cause of action arises and a petition is filed, appropriate orders will be passed by the Court, albeit, in accordance with law.
