Revision filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India to dispose of the application in I.A.No.23 of 2020 in O.S.No.245 of 1987 and renumbered as O.S.No.107 of 2017 on the file of District Munsif Court, Poonamallee. For Petitioner : Mr.Abishek Jenasenan

ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for by the revision petitioner, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

3. It is brought to my notice by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the suit was originally instituted for partition way back in the year 1987 and the matter came upto this Court and this Court remanded the matter and to the trial Court and the plaintiff passed way and an application was taken out to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole plaintiff in I.A.No.23 of 2020. The revision petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of I.A.No.23 of 2020 which is pending for the last five years P.B.BALAJI.,J

4. In view of the above, I am inclined to allow the revision directing the District Munsif, Poonamallee to dispose of I.A.No.23 of 2020 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the civil revision petition is allowed. No costs.
