PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the entire records from the 2nd respondent in CMP.No.49/Goonda/2024/(M1) dated 23.08.2024 and by setting aside the order of detention passed by the 2nd respondent and produce the detenue namely Thulasi, Wife of Jeyaraman, aged about 45 years old, now detained at Special Prison for Women, Coimbatore before this Hon'ble Court and set her at liberty. ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The order of detention passed by the 2nd respondent in proceedings CMP.No.49/Goonda/2024/(M1) dated 23.08.2024 is sought to be quashed in the present Habeas Corpus Petition.

2. Mr.E.Raj Thilak, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that the impugned order of detention has already been revoked by the competent Authority and thus, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken.

3.In view of the above submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
