with the lawful possession of the minor Child - Aditya Prasanna, aged about 7 years, now in the custody of the Petitioner, pending disposal of the above Original Petition.

When the application was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the above application and this Court has granted permission to withdraw the same.
