This writ petition has been filed seeking for police protection from the respondent police based on the representation made by the petitioner on 25.4.2022 in order to take over the possession of the property. 2.Heard Mr.Seetha Ram, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Gopinath, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for R1 and R2. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner can give a fresh representation/complaint seeking for police protection and the same will be acted upon by the respondent Police. 4.In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to submit a fresh complaint before the 1st respondent and the 1st respondent shall act upon it and enquiry shall be conducted and a decision shall be taken within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the complaint from the petitioner. 5.This petition is disposed of in the above terms.
