Crl. O.P. No.23423 of 2024 Crl. O.P. No.23423 of 2024 P. DHANABAL.J., The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police, for the alleged offence under Section (420 IPC) 318 of BNS in Crime No. Not Known, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent Police submitted that petition enquiry in CSR No.310 of 2024 is pending against the petitioner and no case has been registered as against the petitioner and assured they will complete the enquiry as early as possible and they have not harassed the petitioner.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate for the respondent police, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
