The application has been moved by the applicant to handover the following machinery, a) Crane (2 nos), b) Tipper -1 (TN 28 T 4055) c) Air Compressor 1 No CP and d) Blasting Machine -1. The report of the Official Liquidator would state that the Tipper Lorry, Air Compressor, Crane are available and the applicant is ready to take back these machineries / vehicle. The applicant has produced RC Book to show proof of his ownership as far as the Tipper Lorry is concerned. With reference to the others a sale letter, invoices etc., have been produced to show proof. Considering the ownership over the machineries the Official Liquidator is directed to handover the machineries to the applicant within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
