This petition is filed to direct the Registry to refund the amount of Rs.30,000/- paid by the petitioners herein/appellants on the memorandum of appeal in the above Second Appeal viz., S.A.No.52 of 2015.

2.By an order dated 14.07.2017, second appeal viz., S.A.No.52 of 2015 was allowed and the orders of the First Appellate Court is set aside and the matter is remitted back to the Trial Court for framing issues under Order II Rule II of C.P.C.

3.In view of the order passed in the second appeal, this petition is allowed.
