ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to issue suitable direction to the second respondent police herein viz., the Inspector of Police, Thirubhuvanai Police Station, Pudhucherry to register the case on the

petitioner's complaint dated 01.10.2021 and file a final report in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR has been registered in Crime No.145 of 2022 on 03.11.2022, on the file of the second respondent.

4. In view of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
