As per the order of this Court dated 13.09.2023, the petitioner has filed this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition seeking to implead the respondent No.2 (petitioner's son)/proposed respondent No.2 herein as respondent No.2 in the above Criminal Revision Petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for petitioner.

3.Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondent police. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has no objection in ordering the above impleading petition.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed.
