This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order passed by this Court, dated 22.08.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.17636 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on every hearing date without fail, except for unforeseen circumstances and to co-operate with the trial.
