We have heard Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, appearing for the petitioners/State.
2.Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and having perused the affidavit filed in support thereof, we find sufficient cause having been shown in support of the petition for condonation of delay of 291 days in filing the appeal. The delay is, accordingly, condoned.
3.The Writ Appeal shall be treated to be within time and shall be given the regular number.
4.Mr.S.Jagan, learned counsel has put in appearance on behalf of the contesting first respondent and Mr.S.Sathish, learned counsel is appearing for the second respondent. They seek time to obtain instructions.
