This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 07.09.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.14063 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.15191 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.
