This Criminal Original Petition is filed for direction to the police not to harass him and threatening to settle the amounts to the creditors. 1/4

2. According to the petitioner, his brother one Naganandha to whom the complainant Ramamoorthi has alleged to have given Rs.2,00,000/-. The said Naganandha had gone missing and man missing complaint been registered in Cr.No.500 of 2022, till date, the said Naganandha not yet traced. While so, the said Ramamoorthi claiming that he has lend Rs.2,00,000/- to Naganandha, through police pressurizing the petitioner to settle the amount.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that on the complaint received from Ramamoorthi, matter was enquired and closed on 03.09.2024. The allegation of the petitioner that the police is harassing him is in-correct.

4. Taking note of the fact that the complaint of Ramamoorthi was closed by the police and the apprehension and allegation of the petitioner is ill found. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 01.10.2024 Vv 2/4
