This petition has been filed seeking to amend the order in W.P.No.7825 of 2013 dated 25.09.2020 ordering rectification of the petitioner's entitlement for Special Grade pay from 06.09.1990 instead of 06.09.1999.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that in the order dated 25.09.2020 made in W.P.No.7825 of 2013, inadvertently, the Special Grade from date has been mentioned as '06.09.1999' instead of '06.09.1990'. Accordingly, he prayed for appropriate orders.

3.In view of the above, in the order dated 25.09.2020 made in W.P.No.7825 of 2013, the Special Grade from date has to be read as '06.09.1990' instead of '06.09.1999'. This miscellaneous petition is ordered as prayed for.
