This application has been filed to implead the 3rd respondent M/s.Axis Bank Limited as 3rd defendant in the above suit.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant as well as the learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2. No representation for the 3rd respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 have no objection in allowing this application.

4. In view of no objection submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this application is allowed.

5. For carrying out the necessary amendment in the cause title, post the main suit on 10.01.2024.
