A.No.5167 of 2023 in C.S.No.78 of 2023 N.SATHISH KUMAR.J This application has been filed by the plaintiffs as the defendant has taken the defence in the written statement that Tamil Nadu Housing Board is the necessary party in the suit.

2. As the defendant has no objection for the prayer in the present petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for. Necessary and consequential amendments shall be carried out in the plaint and amended copy of the plaint shall be filed by the plaintiffs on or before 20.10.2023. Thereafter, Registry is directed to send a notice to the newly impleaded second defendant. The plaintiff is also directed to serve private notice on the Standing counsel for second defendant.

Post the suit on 15.11.2023.
