[RESPONDENTS] Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the proceedings in the matter of prospectus of the year 2016-2017 of the 8th Respondent Annamalai University and to quash the course namely M.Sc.(Real Estate Valuation) mentioned in the page no.14 in the prospectus of the year 2016-2017 of the 8th Respondent-Annamalai University as illegal arbitrary and unconstitutional and to direct the 3rd Respondent University Grants Commission to declare the degree M.SC.(Real Estate Valuation) awarded by the Annamalai University from the year 2010 as unspecified degree and invalid one with immediate effect or any other appropriate order in the wide interest of the protection of justice and for the prevention of miscarriage of justice.
