The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.20098 of 2024 order dated 28.08.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the learned Principal Special Court for Exclusive Trial of case under POCSO Act, Coimbatore, on every working day at 10.30 until further orders.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the nature of offences involved in this case and the fact that the investigation was almost completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
