ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 04.04.2022 made in W.P.No.18224 of 2013.

2. Both sides counsel present.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the writ appeal has been filed challenging the order passed by the learned single Judge and the same has been numbered as W.A.Nos.301 & 303 of 2024 and the same were taken on record by the Division Bench of this Court and an order of status quo was ordered.

4. It is submitted by the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner that the Division Bench is inclined to take up the matter for final hearing in the second week of February, 2024. 2/4

Since the Division Bench has ordered status quo, this contempt petition stands closed, however liberty is granted to the petitioner to revive the same, if need arises. Connected sub application is also closed. 30.01.2024 Index : Yes/No mp 3/4
