O R D E R

The petitioner, alleging non-compliance of the order passed by this Court dated 04.04.2022 in W.P.No.10135 of 2013, has filed the present contempt petition.

2. It is represented by the learned Government Advocate for the respondents that as against the order passed by this Court, intra Court appeal has been filed in W.A.No.159 of 2023, wherein interim order of Status Quo has been granted by the Division Bench, vide order dated 01.02.2023.

3. In the light of the above, the Contempt Petition stands closed, with liberty to file a fresh contempt petition at a later stage, if necessary.
