This contempt petition has been filed for punishing the respondent for having not obeyed the order of this Court dated 15.07.2021 passed in W.P.No.13543 of 2021.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondent that the order of this Court dated 15.07.2021 has been duly complied with and the encroachment has already been removed, as directed by this Court. It is further represented that the balance part of encroachment has also been removed this morning. He has also produced a copy of the communication dated 14.03.2023 of the respondent in support thereof.
