ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take necessary action against respondents 5 & 6 under Section 82 of Registration Act, 1908, for fraudulent registration of release deed dated 28.03.2019 registered as document No.1530/2019 on the file of Sub Registrar Office, Shoolagiri as per the Report issued in Na.Ka.1508/ 2019/A2 dated .07.2019 by the fourth respondent with regard to the land measuring an extent of 0.05 3⁄4 cents comprised in survey No.62/6D1B situated at Shoolagiri Village and Taluk, Krishnagiri District based on the petitioner's representation dated 26.08.2019 within the time to be stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard, Mr.T.Vedi, the learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3, and Mr.S.Rajesh, Government Advocate appearing for the fourth respondent.

3. The petitioner lodged complaint before the second respondent as against the illegal transaction by respondents 5 and 6 in respect of the fraudulent registration of release deed dated 28.03.2019, which is pending. Considering the same, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and respondents 5 & 6 and conduct enquiry on the petitioner's complaint after giving them opportunity of hearing and pass orders in respect of fraudulent registration of release deed dated 28.03.2019 registered as document No.1530/2019 on the file of Sub Registrar Office, Shoolagiri as per the Report issued in Na.Ka.1508/2019/A2 dated .07.2019 by the fourth respondent with regard to the land measuring an extent of 0.05 3⁄4 cents comprised in survey No.62/6D1B situated at Shoolagiri Village and Taluk, Krishnagiri District, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
