On a perusal of the additional affidavit filed by respondent No.4, it is found that the Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board finally granted the permission to respondent No.4 to proceed with the preparatory works for soil remediation on 30.12.2016. Even thereafter numerous permissions are required, for which steps are being taken by filing the remaining applications in the course of the day. Since, it has taken almost a year to see the first approval, the request made is that the remaining permissions may also be granted within a reasonable period of time. Tthe concerned authorities are as under:- (1)Directorate of Industrial Safety and Health (2)Revenue Department (RDO/Tashsildar) (3)Kodaikanal Municipality (4)Forest Department (RCF/DFO) (5)Tamil Nadu Electricity Board (6)District Collectorate (7)Police Department (8)Fire Department
2. We direct the aforesaid authorities to act on the request of respondent No.4 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of the application.
3. No further listing is required with liberty to respondent No.4 to move the
