Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the petitioner died on 01.09.2016 and no steps have been taken to bring the legal heirs on record to pursue this writ petition. He has also produced a copy of the death certificate to that effect.
