Since statutory notice has issued against the District Collector also to appear before this Court, due to the reasons stated in the present application, the District Collector could not be appeared before this Court and in view of the compliance already been made and the contempt petition also is to be closed and the Thasildar concerned has appeared before this Court, the present petition seeking dispensed with for the appearance of the respondent District Collector can be accepted and accordingly, it is accepted.

This petition is ordered.
