Crl.M.P. No.13490 of 2024 in Crl.O.P. No.6672 of 2024 P. DHANABAL, J.

The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 am until further orders in bail order granted to the petitioner on 26.03.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.6672 of 2024 in Cr.No.14 of 2024 on the file of this Court.

2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the nature of offences involved in this case and the fact that the investigation was almost completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
