ORDER

This writ petition has been for direction to the second respondent not to allot the concrete road goes on the southern side of plot Nos.52 & 53 to the private person or allot the same to the petition on payment of cost in survey No.9/4 at Annaigoundanpatti Village, Omalur 2/4

Taluk, Salem District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 14.10.2022.

It is seen that there is a dispute between the petitioner and the impleaded respondents i.e. respondents 6 to 12. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this writ petition cannot be considered here under this writ petition.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach civil court for appropriate relief as against respondents 6 to 12. There shall be no order as to costs. 28.06.2024 (2/2) Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order lok 3/4
