This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.19285 of 2024 dated 23.08.2024 in Cr.No.441 of 2024 pending on the file of respondent police that petitioner/accused A2 shall report before respondent police every day at 10.30 am until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made on both sides and the nature of offences involved in this case and the petitioner is complying with the conditions without fail and the fact that investigation is almost completed and taking into consideration the other aspects, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every first day of English Calendar month for a period of three months.

Accordingly, ordered.
