The learned Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethimandram, (Fast Track Mahila Court), (FAC), Judge, Family Court, Udhagamandalam has given a letter dated 27.08.2020 seeking extension of time on the ground that due to covid-19 pandemic situation, the matter could not be disposed of within the time granted by this Court. Hence, the learned Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethimandram, (Fast Track Mahila Court), (FAC), Judge, Family Court, Udhagamandalam requested 30 working days from the date of lifting of the lock down to dispose of the petition in H.M.O.P.
