Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to grant police protection to the petitioner Educational Institutions to ensure their smooth functioning and to protect the daily and routine administration of the affairs of them by the authorities and to prevent untoward happenings in and around the premises of those educational institutions and for any other relief. This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to give police protection to the petitioner's Educational Trust. 2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions, submitted that, based on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in Current Paper No.4/D/32042 dated 16.9.2022, on the file of the respondent Police. 3.The petitioner is directed to co-operate with the police for enquiry and the respondent police shall conduct the enquiry keeping in mind the judgment in Lalitha Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh reported in 2013 (6) CTC
353. On completion of the enquiry, the respondent police shall take a decision regarding the further course of action. This process shall be completed by the
respondent police within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
