2. The learned Counsel for the respondent Nos.3 and 4 (Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board) submits that the inspection was carried out on 15.03.2024. The subject unit was not in operation. 2/5

3. In view of that, the relief claimed by the petitioner now would not subsist. This Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
